Tootsie came from deplorable conditions.  She was trapped/spayed & ear was tipped before it was discovered she was friendly to touch in her cage and so she went to be fostered.  Tootsie has never shown aggression of any kind to men or women.  She has been slowly working through her fear issues and now comes out to greet/play and explore her area.  She allows pets/massages and turns on her stomach for more, but is still hesitant to be picked up.  She has been with other cats & dogs and does well.  In fact, another low energy friendly cat in the home brings out the confidence in her. Tootsie has been with the same foster for 6 months.  She will do best exploring her new home with someone who doesn't expect her to be a lap kitty at this time, but she does have a lot of love (she has a perfect white heart on her chest) to give and you will be given a gift to see her continue to blossom.  The foster is open to visits in their home to get to know Tootsie.  Tootsie is not fearful of strangers.
